Lovísa is a founding Partner of Tego IP Consulting. She is an IP Attorney and has worked with IPR´s since 2003. Throughout her carreer Lovisa has been working with a wide range of IPR‘s for a versatile range of clients, comprising from all areas of the economic spectrum, such as the food, pharmaceutical and clothing industry as well as the finance sector.

 

 

Her expertise extends to trademark rights, design rights, domain rights, marketing practices, protection of know-how, licenses, franchises and all topics related to these subjects.

 

 

In particular Lovisa has been involved with securing, enforcing and maintaining IPR‘s as well as assisting clients with forming a sustainable IP strategy and maximizing the value added of strong IPR‘s.

 

 

Lovisa graduated from Aalborg University in 2003 with a Masters Degree in Business Law and Business Administration (Cand.merc.jur).

 

 

She is a member of INTA, ECTA, PTMG and FUVE (The Icelandic Association of Trademark and Patent agents).
